Refund policy

All garments must be returned within the next 7 days after purchase.

You must return the garment in its original state of delivery, with its labels and packaging, following our return protocol.

How can I return my order?

If you had problems with your size, no problem, we will send you a return form, you must detail the model and size, then send us the package. Upon receipt, in our office, we will send your order again. You must take into account that, if the garment is sold out, we will return your money in an automatic refund.

What if I order the wrong size?

We recommend before making the purchase, look for the size guide and personal advice; to be sure before accepting the purchase, since this service is not paid. Any change is your responsibility, you must also use a local DHL office, with our return address included in your package and on our contact platforms.
 

In international shipments we are not responsible for shipping costs.

Swimwear and accessories cannot be returned for health reasons.

How to avoid returns from the transport company?

If the carrier fails to deliver your order due to a wrong address (occurs when the address data is incomplete, incorrect or illegible) the order will be returned to the nearest DHL headquarters. Another reason is that the order has not been claimed, which will be returned to ELOAH by soulmates.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are made within business days, taking into account that weekends do not count, and if your case is a return, the process depends on the bank. 

What to do if my order arrives defective?

All our products are checked before being sent to the transport company, we are sorry for what happened. Send an email to eloahventas@gmail.com with the photograph of the damaged garment and we will solve it immediately

If the order arrived in poor packaging by the courier, should I accept it?

NO, we ask you to reject the courier, in this way you will avoid problems after the return. Every order leaves the transport company in perfect condition, we work hard so that you receive your order in excellent condition.
